Cancellation prior 30 days to the arrival date, the full advance will be refunded.
Cancellation within 15 – 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the advance payment will be charged as retention, rest 50% will be refunded.
Cancellation within 07 – 15 days prior to the arrival date, 75% of the advance payment will be charged as retention, rest 25% will be refunded.
Cancellation within 7 days from the arrival date, the entire advance amount for stay will be charged as retention.
